Our barrel cellar, made from stone and Limestone from the region, can store up to 450 barrels. Its natural insulation and humidity is favorable to the ageing of fine wines. We select 4 to 6 coopers spread throughout France, which ensure us a supply of consistent quality. We regularly practice tests in order to find a new cooper who would be consistent with our wines.
